We will provide complimentary lux calculation for all initial stages of planning/ design up to completion. We produce summary reports that states light levels, what luminaries to use etc. Information provided are verified by real life light measurements and will give you an accurate simulation.

This one is often overlooked. How long will an LED fixture last vs. a comparable fixture? There is a definite cost to replacing lamps in older fixtures vs. an LED that keeps on ticking. But the issue is not just the cost of the replacement lamps. It is the cost of labor to replace those lamps. How many man-hours will be spent on replacing lamps in your facility over a year?

Product Warranty support

Tejaslite LED Lights are sold under warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period mentioned. Tejaslite does not warrant merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor for any express or implied warranty except as stated above. Tejaslite shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of its products.

The purchase details shall be presented at the time of service of the product and without it warranty will not be applicable.

The company reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion, if found defective during the warranty period.

The terms for warranty claims are accepted only when:

Use of the product in conditions as specified.
The warranty claim is notified within 30 days of occurrence of defect.
The lights are correctly wired, installed, properly grounded, and used in accordance with
applicable electrical standards and within specified power norms.

The terms for warranty claims are accepted only when:

Misuse or use in violation of any applicable electrical standard.
Abnormalities in electrical supply such as power surge, over/under voltage, improper grounding or in corrosive environment.
Unauthorized opening of the product, or attempt to repair or remove parts.
Ignoring installation instructions.
